Abstract

We prove the existence and uniqueness of a global regular solution to the mixed problem for the nonhomogeneous wave equation in a noncylindrical domain using a hiperbolic nonsingular smooth transformation of the original problem to a nonlinear hyperbolic problem in a cylinder.
